If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your item, you may return it for a refund or credit on a purchase for another item within 30 days of purchase.
There are no returns, exchanges, or warranties on any product that were given or provided free of cost.
There are no refunds allowed on any custom items. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom order are dealt with on a case by case basis by the Usagi Golf Goods company staff.
All damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please state the reason for the damage or defect in your request for a refund or exchange. Items purchased must be within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.
