Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

 

- The item must be unused and in original condition

- The item must be returned in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase is required‍

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or personalized items. Items that have been used, broken in, or altered.

- Clearance or final sale items. Items that have been provided for promotional reasons.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
